All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a Recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and ensures confidentiality.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched by the next working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect the goods to be despatched within about 12 days. In rare cases this may take longer.
If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail or Business Post will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned and the cost of reshipping the order or administration charge for non-receipt of the order will be £5.50 for Royal Mail or if the courier is Business Post a fee of £11.69 + £5.50 will be charged.

* These prices are a guide only. Most standard orders will fall into the above break down but we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs if the parcel is especially heavy and requires additional courier charges.

If you have defective goods that you wish to return please click here to email us with the reason for your return before you return the goods as we need to issue you with instructions for your returns. The returns address is Pure Joy, PO BOX 228, Hitchin, Herts SG4 0WW. Please note that all goods are subject to a 30 day warranty and any defective goods returned outside the warranty will not be refunded due to reasonable wear and tear. All defective items outside the warranty can be replaced up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please return your parcel using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are sent by normal postage and are not received. Each time a return is received you will be notified by email if you have followed the correct returns procedure. The product will be tested and if it is shown to be defective you will be supplied with a replacement product.
In the case of orders above £35.00 where goods qualify for free shipping, if an item/s is returned and the order value then falls below £35.00 a refund will be given less the cost of shipping of the order value.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, when returning non-defective goods the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received the order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If it is suspected that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to charge a postage fee of £5.50 before the goods are returned. In the event of a refund for an item/s returned within 7 days, the refund will be less shipping costs.
